Position: Academic Co-ordinator
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £11 per hour
Contract Length: 2 months potentially longer
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have previous Administrative experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel essential)
- You are organised and pro-active
- Solid communication skills
- You work well with colleagues and external customers
- You enjoy working in a busy environment
- You are outgoing and friendly
- You have experience within the Education sector
- You ideally have Recruitment experience
- You have managed complex diaries
What does the day look like?
- Working closely with the recruitment team to organise interviews
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Manager complex diaries
- Supporting colleagues with any additional administrative tasks
- Organise and set up meetings
- Giving interview feedback
