Are you experienced working within a finance department and feel like you want to take the next step in your career?

We are currently working on an excellent opportunity to join a busy team where you will learn from experienced team members and develop your skills within a fast paced environment. 

As an Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure a smooth and seamless department by undertaking a variety of finance and administration tasks. 

What will the day to day look like?

  • Preparing and sorting through files to ensure the Accountant can prepare Account of Expenses 
  • Ensuring all paperwork within files are ready for Account of Expenses to be prepared
  • Processing invoices and ensuring ledger details are up to date
  • Assisting Accounts Team in general, including updating database and dealing with calls
  • Assisting in the closure of files

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You must have experience working within a finance function or assisting with finance tasks
  • Be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
  • Have strong typing and numeracy skills
  • Be confident working on excel 
  • Be a team player with a can-do attitude
