As an Accounts Assistant, you will work closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure a smooth and seamless department by undertaking a variety of finance and administration tasks.
What will the day to day look like?
- Preparing and sorting through files to ensure the Accountant can prepare Account of Expenses
- Ensuring all paperwork within files are ready for Account of Expenses to be prepared
- Processing invoices and ensuring ledger details are up to date
- Assisting Accounts Team in general, including updating database and dealing with calls
- Assisting in the closure of files
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must have experience working within a finance function or assisting with finance tasks
- Be comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
- Have strong typing and numeracy skills
- Be confident working on excel
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
