Accounts Payable Administrator, Renfrewshire, 12mth FTC, £21,500
Are you experienced working in a high volume invoicing position and immediately available for a new opportunity?

We are looking to speak with experienced Accounts Payable Administrators/Purchase Ledger Administrators for a new opportunity on a 12 month FTC basis with a large, Renfrewshire based organisation.
What will the day to day look like?
- Processing customer invoices and purchase orders in compliance with internal and external standards
- Dealing with all supplier queries in a timely and efficient manner with effective resolution
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Assisting with the month-end close and reporting requirements
- Reconciling supplier statements each month to ensure the company's full payable liabilities are recorded
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must be experienced working in a similar position with invoicing experience
- Be available to start at short notice
- Have a professional manner with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable conducting high volume administration tasks
- Be comfortable working on a number of different IT systems
