Administrator – Events/Business Development – Full-Time/Permanent – Salary £20-24K DOE
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of professional administration and event support to the Business Development team, and support firm-wide initiatives.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- General administration duties e.g. researching and collating of information, distribution
of materials and maintenance of business tracking systems.
- Event logistics such as creation, distribution and monitoring of invites through an email
marketing service, catering, set up, and on the day assistance.
- Stakeholder communication: liaising with colleagues at all levels and clients & targets
via email, phone calls and hard mailings.
- PA duties e.g. diary management, inbox monitoring, arranging meetings and the
completion of timesheets and expense claims.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, conscientious and have a flexible approach
towards their work. They will have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within
the office, from senior staff to other members of the admin team, and external clients.
Being highly organised with the ability to multi-task whilst having an exceptional attention is
vital. The role can be fast paced and varied so a can-do positive attitude and the ability to use
one’s own initiative is essential.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills are required for this role and experience with platforms like
Campaign Master and Eventbrite, and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn, are
Preferable but not essential.
