What will a typical day look like for you?
- Supporting clients with a proactive approach
- Processing orders using internal systems
- Compiling customer reports
- Supplying information on behalf of the Sales Team
- Database cleansing
- Making required calls to customers to resolve any queries
- Updating customer profiles
What will the successful candidate look like?
- You will have first class administration skills
- Attention to detail is paramount
- You must be a confident communicator, able to speak with customers over the phone
