I have an opportunity for an experienced Asset Servicing  Analyst to join a leading Investment Bank in Glasgow city centre. This is a permanent opportunity offering lots of training and development.

Overview of Asset Servicing Senior Administrator role:

The Asset Servicing Senior Administrator will be part of the wider Middle Office team. This team is responsible for ensuring that the correct terms of the event are captured, client elections are managed, and that the event is processed for accurate valuation and timely settlement, resolution of stock and cash reconciliation breaks, and servicing for custodians. There will be an element of checking and oversight in this role and you will be accountable for ensuring client service and delivery is carried out to the highest standard.

Experience Required:

Prior work experience in a related job within asset servicing or investments is essential alongside the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Process improvement awareness
  • Able to cope effectively with high volumes of work whilst maintaining an exceptional service level
  • Relationship building skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisation, planning, prioritisation, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work on time-critical tasks


  • Degree educated or industry-relevant qualifications such as IOC (Desirable)
