Bookkeeper- Dunfermline- Salary- £23k (circa)
Are you an experienced bookkeeper and feel like it's time for a new challenge?
Are you experienced working with software packages such as Xero, Quickbooks and Sage?
We are currently looking to speak with candidates that are working towards or are interested in starting a formal bookkeeping qualification.
You will be joining a well respected firm and working as part of an experienced team with an excellent skill-set.
What will the day to day look like?
Preparation of bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients
Ensuring everything is processed in a timely and accurate manner
Develop an excellent cross section if knowledge
Act responsibly and proactively by acknowledging deadlines and organising your workload accordingly
Contributing to an effective bookkeeping process
Helping with the overall 'Making Tax Digital' project and ensuring clients are ready for the new requirements
Are you who we are looking for?
Ideally you will have experience working in a similar role in an accountancy practice
Have excellent IT skills and experience using cloud-based software
Ability to use your own initiative and deliver an excellent client service
Be comfortable to liaise with clients directly and build relationships
