You are looking for a customer service role with an edge handling calls, speaking to a variety of customers handling the initial stages of their motor claim and throughout.
Remember, we discussed you being calm … well, this is where that comes in as you will have to bear in mind that these customers will be in a stressful situation. You will be cool, calm and collected to ensure you capture all the details.
