Overview of Collections Oversight Analyst role:

Reporting direct to the Head of Collections & Recoveries, the Collections Oversight Analyst will be responsible for ensuring an effective framework is implemented to provide assurance around adherence to all legal, regulatory and internal policy requirements as it pertains to collection activity within the Collections & Recoveries department.

Team Responsibilities – Are you this person?

Develop and maintain an effective oversight framework for all collection activity (phone / text / email / letter etc) ensuring full compliance adherence within the team ensuring strategies and processes produced are referenced to CONC, TCF Principles & GDPR as well as internal policy. Undertake collection call monitoring (inc. PWOC) and provide regular feedback to the Head of Collections and Recoveries and the relevant managers on the results, escalating significant or ongoing breaches to the CRO. Support the Collections and Recoveries managers through providing specific training on a group and 121 basis as required

Experience Required:

Collections experience essential (motor finance sector preferred but not essential) 
Quality & Assurance experience required 
Good, relevant and current knowledge of the legal and regulatory requirements specifically CONC, TCF Principles & GDPR 
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word & Excel  
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
