In this newly created position, you will be responsible for a strategic succession plan to gradually take over their diverse and profitable client base of SME and corporate level accounts.
You will be involved in all aspects of client management whilst working with key connections to grow the book including risk managers, venture capitalists and professional practices.
Working alongside some of the most technical brokers Scotland has to offer, you will be operating in an environment where normal insurance thinking is challenged.
Risk issues are debated, and wisdom is shared.
The team deal with complex and often unusual risks so their knowledge is stretched, and mainstream solutions are often not enough. They really do need to ‘think outside the box’.
The culture is innovative, and they are extremely smart with their own succession planning. This means you will have clear scope to develop towards director level.

Salary will be up to £46,000 plus full benefits package.
