Are you who we’re looking for?
- You will have knowledge of UK benefits
- Strong understanding of HMRC allowances
- Experience of HRIS system
- Strong experience of the Microsoft Office
What does the day to day look like?
- It will be varied!
- You will carry out an initial review of the existing benefit package
- You will build strong working relationships with senior operational managers
- Lead on the review of current Brokers/Providers
- Prepare an annual review of all benefits
