As a Complaints Handler you are responsible for resolving complaints raised by customers throughout the lifecycle of their finance agreement.
You are confident and motivated meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
You are committed to delivering an exceptionally high level of customer service and will strive to apply a logical approach to resolve customers issues.
Your previous experience means you have knowledge of regulatory requirements such as the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF).
You have strong investigative skills developed through your background within Financial Services.
You are a natural conversationalist coupled with excellent written communication skills.
