Do you have a strong background in contact centre management at a senior level (Operations, Senior Ops or Head of Function)?
Do you have experience in an inbound service environment where you have worked to significantly change methods of contact (promoting digitalization) to increase SLA’s?
Would you like to work on a flexible contract where you can really shape the growth of this interesting, unique contact centre working Monday to Friday core hours?
Based from this Glasgow City centre based office, you will be responsible for this 100-150 FTE operation, driving positive change and working closely with existing employees to really enhance the customer service levels.
In return you will benefit from being paid between £160-180 per day and will enjoy working closely with key internal stakeholders to shape the future of this centre.
Are you who we’re looking for?
• Previous experience working at a Head of Site level (for a smaller operation) or an Operations/ Senior Operations level for a large contact centre
• Strong people management skills
• Outstanding coaching skills, able to work closely with all levels of staff to raise awareness and understanding of new methods of working and new operating systems
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to take ownership of the operation and report back to senior level on SLA achievement rates
