Marketing. The team that sits on Facebook all day, right?
You know there’s more to it than that. Sure, social media plays a part in how you get the message across, but it’s just a fraction of the day to day.
There’s content to produce for the company blog, some creative design work to do, some campaigns to plan.
And all of this usually works to tight deadlines.
You understand that, as a recruitment business, we have a multi-strand narrative that we have to convey through our PR, social media and content, and that this entails strong proof-reading skills and the ability to influence our internal stakeholders.
Your experience in a professional office environment has given you a good idea of what to expect as a recruitment marketer.
You’re comfortable in front of the camera, interviewing clients and researching copy with our teams. You’re at home using Adobe programmes in order to produce eye-catching creative.
Whether you’re qualified by experience, or have a degree in marketing, communications, journalism or similar, we’d love to understand what you can bring to the HRC team and how we can further your career.
