What is the role?
Based in Newcastle you will be responsible for:
- Liaise with customers over the phone to help understand their financial situation
- Liaise with customers who are vulnerable or in financial difficulty
- Provide support to customers to obtain the best possible solution
- Liaise with third parties to ensure customers are fully supported
- Work to regulatory frameworks
You will have previous experience within a Customer Service role whether that be face to face or telephone based.
