Do you have experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment?

Role: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Glasgow

Salary: Dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent

The ideal candidate would be experienced in leading a team of Customer Service individuals, delivering an exceptional service to internal and external customers in an extremely fast paced environment.

  • Strong track record in Team Management, coaching and developing individuals
  • You will come with an FMCG background
  • A strategic approach and adaptable to change
  • Extremely customer focused and can drive performance to meet customer demands
  • Strong level of commercial awareness
  • Positive and resilient attitude

What does the day to day look like?

  • lead a team of up to 10 Customer Service Advisors
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Setting and reviewing objectives and KPI’s
  • Working with Senior Managers to drive team performance
