The ideal candidate would be experienced in leading a team of Customer Service individuals, delivering an exceptional service to internal and external customers in an extremely fast paced environment.

- Strong track record in Team Management, coaching and developing individuals
- You will come with an FMCG background
- A strategic approach and adaptable to change
- Extremely customer focused and can drive performance to meet customer demands
- Strong level of commercial awareness

What does the day to day look like?
- lead a team of up to 10 Customer Service Advisors
- Coaching and developing team members
- Setting and reviewing objectives and KPI’s
- Working with Senior Managers to drive team performance
