- You have worked within a Contact Centre environment
- You are customer focussed with the ability to identify and solve problems
- You can communicate well with customers and colleagues
- You use your initiative to quickly identify customer needs
What does the role look like?
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls
- Strive for first contact resolution
- Ensure all regulations are followed in line with company terms and conditions
- Provide accurate advice and information to customers
- Ensure turn around timescales are met to ensure claims are settled
- Work to targets
You will work a 35-hour week between the hours of 6am – 10pm 5 days out of 7.
