You’re someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and are very target driven. You can listen out for clues as to how to help your customers and, ultimately, negotiate a successful result for the company.
You’re someone who enjoys working in collaboration with other colleagues to ensure a positive, ethical customer experience. You’re someone who can quickly build up rapport and trust with colleagues and customers.
You’re someone with strong attention to detail – you’re computer literate and will always ensure that customer calls are accurately recorded on the system.
You are friendly and outgoing with a real passion for success.
You’re confident handling inbound and outbound calls.
