This role would suit candidates experienced in a phone based role that have a natural analytical and fact-finding ability. You will be joining a busy and hard-working function where you will be responsible for assisting senior team members and supporting large projects.

- You must be experienced dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Have an excellent phone manner and be able to make an excellent first impression
- Be IT literate
- Be confident dealing with a range of people on a daily basis
- Work well to targets
- Have a natural questioning technique
What will the day to day look like?
- Conducting pre-arranged telephone calls
- Completing questionnaires and all associated paperowrk
- Credit Control duties
- Arranging payment dates
- Advising on payment plans
- Collating monthly statistics
- Assisting other team members
