Do you consider yourself naturally strong with data and a comfortable user of Excel and Dialler systems?
Do you come from a contact centre background and understand the fundamentals of contact centre sales?
HRC Recruitment are working on a brand new to the market Dialler Analyst position for our Glasgow based client. The key purpose of this role is to support the Sales Operational team by providing meaningful data insight on areas of performance, ultimately maximizing sales by providing recommendations on how to best utilise leads and dialling strategies.
Are you who we’re looking for?
• Experience in a similar Dialler/ MI Analyst role
• Proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong knowledge of WFM tools and Dialler systems
• Analytical and self-organised individual
• Strong knowledge of contact centre fundamentals, ideally you will come from a sales background
• Strong internal stakeholder management skills
