Position:  Financial Services Administrator

Location: Paisley

Salary:  up to £18,000 per annum

Do you have experience working within Financial Services, Pensions, Mortgages or Investments?  Do you have first class administration skills?  Do you live in the Renfrewshire area?  This could be the role for you.

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading, friendly and successful financial services firm to recruit someone to join the admin support team.  You will be providing admin and systems support to Mortgages, Protection, Investments and Pensions.

What will an average day look like?

  • Data input and manipulation of internal systems including Intelliflo
  • Dealing with incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • General administration across various platforms
  • Providing general support to the sales consultants

What will the ideal candidate look like?

  • You will have experience gained in financial services
  • You will display first class administration and organizational skills
  • You will be a team player as culture fit is important
  • Ideally you have a flexible working attitude
