French Customer Service Advisor - Glasgow - Salary £8-9p/h

We are looking to speak to experienced customer service advisors for this new position. You will have an interest in technology and servicing a varied customer base daily. There are both Full-Time and Part-Time positions available, with flexible hours and a competitive basic salary.

- You are fluent in both French and English languages, both written and spoken
- You are a confident communicator
- You have experience in a customer focussed environment
- You are able to work to set targets and KPI's
- You are able to work well individually and as part of a wider team environment
- You are able to manage your time and diary effectively
What is the day to day like?
- Answering inbound customer calls from a varied customer base
- Providing quality service to a large customer base at all times
- Handling all complaints in a timely and professional manner, completing a full investigation when required
- Completing all general administrative duties when required
- Working to set targets and KPI's, both individually and as part of a wider team
- Communicating with customers via telephone, webchat and email
- Working with various business departments daily
