We are looking for an HR Assistant who can successfully work as part of the HR Shared Service team and go the extra mile to deliver outstanding added value HR service.
Are you who we`re looking for?
- Experienced HR Administrator
- Previous experience in a Shared Service team is desirable
- Fully proficient in the Office Suite
- Have used HR Systems
- Strong relationship building skills
- Team player
What does the day to day look like?
- Processing employee lifecycle events including onboarding, staff movements and off boarding
- Supporting third party suppliers with pre-employment background checks, employee relocations and visa requests
- Acting as first line of contact to process and resolve HR related queries via the HR ticketing system
- Update the HR Databases
- Provide advice on policies and processes
- Support the management team with change initiatives
