HR Systems Analyst contract role working for a highly reputable organisation based in Glasgow City Centre. The HR Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting the overall design, implementation, communication, and data analysis of the new ways of working. You must have experience of working in a similar HR Systems role, with exposure analysing HR Metrics and creating relevant reports using Tableau. You will have excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
You will support the analysis of relevant HR processes, solutions, and MI / business analytics that will ensure that the organisation can drive a high performing organisation through the effective use of HR Metrics / KPI’s.
This is a contract role for initially 6 months with the opportunity to be extended.
The HR Systems Analyst will be integral in developing how the organisation will be working in the future.
The key duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contract for any HRIS queries
- Reviewing company-wide survey results, analysing data and reporting it appropriately
- Acting as the systems administrator for the HRIS
- Analysing HR processes in order to identify solutions and streamline processes
The HR Systems Analyst will be a technically skilled and experienced Systems professional, who has ideally come from an HR background. The Analyst will bring a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and be able to offer an advisory service to the business on anything HRIS. Previous experience of using a cloud based HR System would be highly desirable as would prove project management skills.
