Junior Accounts Assistant- Glasgow- Salary- circa £16k
Are you looking for an entry level opportunity within Accounts?
We are looking to speak with candidates that are experienced in customer service and administration that would be keen to develop their career further.
This role would suit candidates experienced in a phone based role that have a natural analytical and fact-finding ability. You will be joining a busy and hard-working function where you will be responsible for assisting senior team members and supporting large projects.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must be experienced dealing with customers via telephone and email
- Have an excellent phone manner and be able to make an excellent first impression
- Be IT literate
- Be confident dealing with a range of people on a daily basis
- Work well to targets
- Have a natural questioning technique
What will the day to day look like?
- Conducting pre-arranged telephone calls
- Completing questionnaires and all associated paperwork
- Credit Control duties
- Arranging payment dates
- Advising on payment plans
- Collating monthly statistics
- Assisting other team members
