L&D Generalist - Salary: Up to £24k - Kilmarnock based - Office role

Working with a dedicated and growing team to support with the full Learning and Development function of a fast-paced, nationally known business.
Summary
The successful candidate will be working closely with the full L&D team and wider business to improve customer and business outcomes, delivered through supporting the design and delivery of the end to end learning journey for all business colleagues through a structured L&D programme: This includes, on-boarding, induction, refresher training and upskilling.
Responsibilities
- Support with the design of new refresher training, upskill and induction training for frontline colleagues
- Conduct quarterly reviews of induction training content to ensure material reflects current operational and compliance needs/requirements
- Administer and report on training needs analysis
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure knowledge is up to date
- Support the on-boarding of new colleagues - ensuring successful handover to wider teams
- Collate, analyse and distribute Survey Monkey results to key business stakeholders and make recommendations on the back of findings
- Organise required training venues, equipment and other resources
- Participate in call calibration to identify L&D opportunities
- Support in creation and ongoing review of L&D policies and procedures
- Keeping up to date with relevant L&D knowledge and share best practice with wider teams
- Manage the reporting and scheduling of training programmes
- Act as a learning champion and support creation of a learning culture
- Support key stakeholders to create baseline metrics
Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience in an L&D role
- Experience in using Workday - or a similar system: Creating content and reviewing output
- Conducting learning needs analysis
- Ability to work with pace and minimal oversight
- Familiar with data systems
- Canva, Survey Monkey and Video Software
- Advanced PC skills, Excel, Powerpoint, Word
