I have an opportunity for a Legal Secretary to join my clients Real Estate Transactions team in Edinburgh. The role is to provide a high-quality and efficient secretarial service to the Real Estate Transactions team.
tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary and email management
- Booking meeting rooms
- Travel arrangements
- Handling telephone enquiries as and when required
- Printing, scanning and preparing engrossments
- Digital dictation as required
- Processing fee-earner expenses in a timely manner
- Assisting with monthly billing and other financial tasks
- Other ad hoc duties to include dealing with incoming/outgoing post and general day to day management of a small office
This role is fixed-term covering maternity for 6 months.
