Position:  Legal Typist / Administrator

Salary:  £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)

Location:  Paisley

Legal Typist / Administrator – Legal Sector – Paisley Area


Do you have a proven track record from a legal environment?  Are you a fast and accurate typist?  Do you want to work with a busy team?  This could be the role for you.

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading firm based in the central Paisley area to recruit for a Legal Typist / Administrator.

Joining a busy team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy whilst ensuring tight deadlines are met.  As Legal Typist / Administrator, your duties will include:

  • Preparing documents and producing invoices and reports
  • Utilising both copy and audio skills
  • Liaising with clients and customers in a professional manner
  • Loading and preparing new work caseloads
  • Updating system and running diary reports
  • Answering telephone calls to the department
  • Carrying out varied administration duties
  • Undertaking other duties as required.

What will the successful candidate look like?

  • You will have a proven track record from a similar role in a legal environment
  • You will have first class typing skills
  • A solid understanding of working to deadlines and ensuring attention to detail
  • You will be a good team player.

This is a full time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.
