Position: Legal Typist / Administrator
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience)
Legal Typist / Administrator – Legal Sector – Paisley Area

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading firm based in the central Paisley area to recruit for a Legal Typist / Administrator.
Joining a busy team, you will be responsible for ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy whilst ensuring tight deadlines are met. As Legal Typist / Administrator, your duties will include:
- Preparing documents and producing invoices and reports
- Utilising both copy and audio skills
- Liaising with clients and customers in a professional manner
- Loading and preparing new work caseloads
- Updating system and running diary reports
- Answering telephone calls to the department
- Carrying out varied administration duties
- Undertaking other duties as required.
What will the successful candidate look like?
- You will have a proven track record from a similar role in a legal environment
- You will have first class typing skills
- A solid understanding of working to deadlines and ensuring attention to detail
- You will be a good team player.
This is a full time, permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week.
