Office Administrator – East Kilbride - £23,000 p/a – Permanent

We have the opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our client, a small, independent, business on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the office and maintaining a safe and efficient office environment.


Are you who we’re looking for?

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Dependable, and can work under own initiative
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Confident with numbers
  • High attention to detail


What does the day to day look like?

  • General administration duties
  • Ensuring the office is kept clean and tidy
  • Photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
  • Processing and managing purchase invoices
  • Maintaining sufficient supply of office materials
  • Answering and responding to customer queries
