HRC Recruitment are looking to speak to fluent German speakers for a new customer export advisor role based just outside Glasgow. You will be joining a small team, utilising your knowledge of imports/exports to service a worldwide customer base. Customer service experience is essential.
This is a full-time opportunity with the working hours between 7am - 5pm (shifts can be negotiated upon start), with a competitive salary of up to £22,000 per annum dependent on experience.

What is the day to day like?
- Liaising with various departments across the business
- Handling any inbound customer calls daily, making outbound calls when required
- Dealing with a worldwide customer base
- Managing time and diary effectively
- Working towards and achieving all set targets/KPI's
- Dealing with various import/export documents
