Position: PA / Administration Assistant
Salary: circa £20,000 - £22,000 plus (DOE)

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading professional services client based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit for an organised and diligent PA / Administration Assistant. Your main responsibility will be to support a Senior Partner within the business, however you will support other senior staff as required.
Our client is wanting the nest fit for there business, so only candidates with solid PA / Senior Administration experience should apply.
You will be working with a small business so have to be able to display a flexible working attitude.
With a proven track from a senior administration / PA role you will have excellent organisational skills, first class communication skills and the ability to prioritise a workload, both on a proactive and reactive basis.
Responsibilities will include:
- Confidential director level support
- Acting as first point of contact for clients
- Dealing with all telephone calls
- Preparing presentations
- Handling communications for the partner
- Managing team meetings
- Arranging Board meetings
- Organising travel and accommodation arrangements
- Liaising with Senior Management and external contacts
- Event management
- Arranging refreshments as required
- Acting as support to the Operations Manager as required.
You will be working as part of a small close knit, hardworking team. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, fantastic interpersonal skills, a flexible attitude and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
