- Experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Able to work independently and manage own caseload
- Experienced in dealing with all aspects of a transaction – including property inquiry certificates, preparing registration forms, examining and noting titles.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relations
What the day to day looks like
- Managing your own varied caseload
- Building professional relationships with clients
- Rural land planning, development, and management
- Handling transactions from start to finish
- Dealing with Rural landlord and tenant matters
- Ability to deal with high volume caseload
