Position: Patent Administrator (Intellectual Property)
Salary Required: circa £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

HRC Recruitment are working with a leading Glasgow based firm to recruit a Patent Administrator /Secretary to join them, a leading Patent / Intellectual Property specialist.
You will be working closely with the specialist team, so you will have a flexible attitude and be able to turn your hand to whatever needs done. Duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming calls
- Liaising with clients
- Issuing invoices
- Patent Renewal Admin
- Patent Filing
- Typing of letters and correspondence
- Preparing documents
- Typing of Patent Documentation
- Billing and utilising Sage system
You must be very flexible, and willing to support a very busy team. Experience in Intellectual Property, Patent or Trademarks is essential.
