Payroll Administrator, Stirling, Salary DOE
You understand what it takes to meet the bespoke needs of your client, whatever the circumstances and you do everything to ensure each and every payroll is completed to the highest service level, regardless of the complications.
You are a professional individual with an up to date knowledge of payroll regulations and legislative changes.
You enjoy the responsibility of working on your own portfolio of clients, taking ownership and leading on client relationship management.
Working within a growing team, who are securing new business and representing the payroll profession at its highest service level, you will be responsible for large volume payrolls, with a variety of end to end requirements.
What will the day to day look like?
- Full end to end processing on various frequencies
-Completing all administration to a high standard and promptly
-Handling client queries efficiently, confidently and with a high level of success
- Providing training to clients on all aspects of PAYE
- Updating internal systems with relevant information
- Ensuring that reporting deadlines are met
Are you who we are looking for?
-You must have experience dealing with multiple different payrolls alongside maternity; sick pay; deductions and auto-enrolment procedures
-Be confident handling high volume payrolls and managing multiple different deadlines
-Have up to date knowledge on payroll legislation
-Be comfortable managing your own payroll assignments and taking the lead on your own client base
- Possess excellent attention to detail and work confidently under pressure
-Experienced using STAR or similar payroll systems
