Position: Procurement Admin
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £10-11 per hour
Contract Length: ongoing temp could lead into something permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have previous Procurement Admin experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office packages
- You can organise your day and prioritise workload
- Solid communication skills – written, verbal and listening
- You work well with colleagues and external customers
- You enjoy working in a busy environment
- You are outgoing and friendly
What does the day look like?
- Order and price supplies
- Negotiate costs
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Work to tight deadlines
- Sending out quotes
- Supporting colleagues with backlogs of work
Having your own transport is advisable as transport links are limited.
This role would suit someone who likes to work in a small team who are all striving for excellent customer service. There is chance of progression and taking on more responsibility as the company continues to grow.
