Do you want to be an integral part of a new whisky and spirits operation? Do you want the chance to help launch a new site? Do you want to reap the benefits of ongoing investment and training opportunities?
Are you an experienced Production Operator who could make a big difference to a small team at Douglas Laing?
In your new role, you’ll be given the opportunity to become fully multi-skilled. Whatever training gaps you have, they will be met. From cask filling to bottling to warehouse, you’ll have full overview of the entire process.
You’re someone who prides yourself on your accountability and teamwork and is someone with a real focus on continuous improvement. You can build relationships across departments.
You are able to carry out key production tasks and train others to do so. You’re confident in performing quality checks. You can produce reports and analyse data effectively.
You have experience of working to optimal HSE standards or a Quality Assured environment. You’re able to act quickly to detect and resolve issues.
You’re well organised with a keen eye for detail and a friendly, approachable manner.
You want to be part of a company that’s growing, innovating and has exciting plans for the short- and long-term.
More than that, you want to work somewhere that rewards hard work, offering benefits such as access to company products; a reward and recognition framework; and an attractive salary.
