Purchase Ledger Clerk

Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant– Paisley– £9-10 per hour

Do you have experience within a purchase ledger environment and are available at short notice to start a temporary role?  HRC are recruiting for a temporary role based in Paisley that will be for at least 6 months.

What does the day look like?

  • Processing a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes through the PO system
  • Matching and authorising direct cost invoices
  • Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs
  • Managing disputes through to resolution
  • Dealing with supplier statement reconciliation
  • Resolving invoice issues and queries

Who are we looking for?

  • Experienced with high volume processing
  • Highly detailed, organised and takes pride in quality of work
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and IT skills
