Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant– Paisley– £9-10 per hour
Do you have experience within a purchase ledger environment and are available at short notice to start a temporary role? HRC are recruiting for a temporary role based in Paisley that will be for at least 6 months.
What does the day look like?
- Processing a high volume of purchase invoices and credit notes through the PO system
- Matching and authorising direct cost invoices
- Preparation and execution of weekly payment runs
- Managing disputes through to resolution
- Dealing with supplier statement reconciliation
- Resolving invoice issues and queries
Who are we looking for?
- Experienced with high volume processing
- Highly detailed, organised and takes pride in quality of work
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and IT skills
