Purchase Ledger Administrator 5 month FTC- Edinburgh- Salary- £DOE
Are you experienced working in invoicing and immediately available for a new opportunity?
Would you like to work in walking distance from both Haymarket and Waverly station in Edinburgh?
We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a highly prestigious organisation on an initial 5 month FTC basis.
What will the day to day look like?
- Maintain the Firm’s system for dealing with all supplier payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements and assistance with supplier queries
- Maintain and supervise the system for dealing with petty cash, expenses and other ad hoc payment requests
- Preparation of entries relating to client and firm matters
- Other general finance department duties as directed including reviews of ledger balances
Are you who we are looking for?
- You must be experienced working in a similar position
- Be available to start at short notice
- Have a professional manner with excellent attention to detail
- Be comfortable conducting high volume administration tasks
