Purchase Ledger Administrator 5 month FTC- Edinburgh- Salary- £DOE

Are you experienced working in invoicing and immediately available for a new opportunity?

Would you like to work in walking distance from both Haymarket and Waverly station in Edinburgh?

We are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a highly prestigious organisation on an initial 5 month FTC basis.

What will the day to day look like?

  • Maintain the Firm’s system for dealing with all supplier payments 
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and assistance with supplier queries
  • Maintain and supervise the system for dealing with petty cash, expenses and other ad hoc payment requests
  • Preparation of entries relating to client and firm matters 
  • Other general finance department duties as directed including reviews of ledger balances

Are you who we are looking for?

  • You must be experienced working in a similar position
  • Be available to start at short notice
  • Have a professional manner with excellent attention to detail
  • Be comfortable conducting high volume administration tasks
