Position: Receptionist (Trainee / Entry Level)
Salary: Circa £13,000 - £14,000 per annum
Looking to get your foot in the door with a great business in Glasgow City Centre? Do you have solid customer service experience? We are working in partnership with them to recruit a professional, hardworking and keen Receptionist to join their busy office support / administration team. This role would be ideal for someone out of college or school who has gained experienced in a customer focused environment who is looking to secure an office based role.
You must be able to commit to permanent work, this role isn’t for someone looking to go on to study later in the year.
Working closely with Office Manager, you will be trained in all aspects of Front of House / Reception so this is a fantastic opportunity. As Receptionist, duties will include:
- Opening incoming mail
- Preparing outgoing mail
- Taking incoming calls via switchboard
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Preparing meeting rooms, offering refreshments
- Assisting with data entry as required
To be successful for this role you will be well presented, confident and have first class communication skills. You will be educated to minimum Higher / Intermediate level (Administration qualifications are desired) and ideally have some retail / customer service based work experience.
