This could be the role for you.
I am working with a well established business in the Cumbernauld area, to recruit for a great all-rounder. Someone with the confidence and presentation, who can be based front of house as well as support in a admin based role.
What would your average day look like?
- You will be meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Dealing with telephone calls and enquiries front of house
- Assisting with administration in the business
- Data entry and updating Excel spreadsheets
- Dealing with stationary requests and maintenance
- Arranging client events
- Assisting with absence and holidays administration
- Liaising with client communications when required.
Would you be suitable for the role?
- You will be professional and have first class communication skills
- You will have a background in administration, ideally with front of house and reception experience
- You will be a strong all-rounder with a flexible working attitude.
- You will have solid Excel experience and strong attention to detail.
