Contract Length: Temp but could go perm for right candidate
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Are you who we are looking for?
- Have previous Reception experience
- Have strong administration skills
- Have confidence to use own initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel essential)
- Solid communication skills
- You work well with colleagues and external customers
- You enjoy working in a busy environment
- You are outgoing and friendly
- You have an excellent telephone manner
What does the day look like?
- Answering calls and transferring to the correct person
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner and following sign in/out process
- Supporting colleagues with any ad hoc administrative tasks
- Provide some facilities support – setting up meeting rooms.
- Creating job sheets on the job costing system.
- Inputting timesheets and van Mileage
