Salary: £10.76 per hour
Contract Length: Temp with the opportunity to go Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am till 4.30pm (start time can be flexible as long as core hours are covered)
Are you who we are looking for?
- Have previous Reception experience
- Have strong administration skills
- Have confidence to use own initiative
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel essential)
- Solid communication skills
- You work well with colleagues and external customers
- You enjoy working in a busy environment
- You are outgoing and friendly
What does the day look like?
- Answering calls and transferring to the correct person
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner and following sign in/out process
- Data entry of employee hours
- Supporting all departments with administrative duties
- Provide some facilities support – setting up meeting rooms.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to come in and make the role your own. The duties listed above are very basic and you will be keen to take on additional duties and create the role. Salary may be negotiable depending on experience.
