Temporary in house recruitment assistant opportunity to join a large, well known organisation based in Glasgow City Centre on a week to week basis
Working within a large recruitment function you will have responsibility for handling a large volume of vacancies across the organisation. You will deal with preparation of job descriptions and adverts, shortlisting of cv's, coordination of interviews and assessments and updating and maintaining recruitment data on the HR system.
This is a full cycle recruitment role, therefore it is essential that you have previous in house recruitment experience, ideally from a large organisation/volume recruitment driven environment. The role will also require ongoing stakeholder management and you will be required to manage a very busy workload so you must be able to communicate and influence within all levels within the organisation and have excellent organisational skills.
