Regional HR Business Partner – Home Based – Scotland

- Do you have regional HR experience, ideally within a retail organisation?
- Would you be open to travel throughout Scotland and the north?
- Do you enjoy working within a generalist role that has strategic elements?
- Can you demonstrate your experience in the development of managers?

What does your day to day look like?
- You will work closely with the HR team across the UK in the delivery of the HR plan
- Develop strong working relationships within your area
- Assist with recruitment strategies
- Support managers in all ER cases, informing them of all employment law policies
- Analyse all HR metrics
- Support various HR projects
