- Legal Secretary/Conveyancing experience
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Desire to grow within the company
What does your day to day look like?
- Negotiating residential Scottish standard missives
- Drafting dispositions
- Completing all LBTT and registration forms – pre and post exchange and completions
- Processing Land Registry fees
- Carrying out general admin
