Do you have experience in Residential Conveyancing and are wanting to expand on your current knowledge and skills?
Are you who we are looking for?
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Able to work independently and manage own caseload
- Experienced in dealing with all aspects of a transaction – including property inquiry certificates, preparing registration forms, examining and noting titles.
- Excellent organizational skills
What the day to day looks like
- Managing your own varied, volume caseload
- Building professional relationships with clients
- Negotiating residential missives
- Dealing with transactions from start to finish
- Ability to deal with high volume caseload
- Drafting dispositions and examining title deeds
