HRC Recruitment are looking to speak to experienced Retentions Advisors for a new, exciting role based in Glasgow City Centre.
To be considered for this position, you will have strong experience in a telephony based environment working on both customer service and retention's calls. You will be driven by achieving targets and generating a bonus. You will be confident and have a strong telephone manner.
Are you who we're looking for?
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Retentions environment
- Strong customer focus with the ability to identify and solve problems
- Strong ability to overcome objections
- Ability to cross-sell & upsell to ensure customer retention
- Ability to organise, prioritise and manage workflow
- Work well in a team environment
- Motivated and eager to work in a target driven environment
What is the day to day like?
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of products and services
- Making a high volume of outbound calls
- Managing your own customer database
- Up selling and cross selling products/services
- Liaising with high net worth clients
- Building relationships with clients and customers
- Working towards high revenue based targets
