Position: Sales Administrator
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: up to £21,000
Contract Length: Temp with a view to going permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm
Location: Glasgow West End
Are you who we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment desirable
- First class administration skills
- Experience in a helpdesk role or technical background desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel essential)
- You are organised and pro-active
- Solid communication skills
- You work well with colleagues and external customers
- Attention to detail is vital
- Confident and considerate
What does the day look like?
- Dealing with any client issues like organising labour and engineers
- Being patient with clients and ensuring first class after care
- Update systems accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring paper trail is kept up to date
- Supporting colleagues with any ad hoc administrative tasks
This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready for the next move in their career – temp to perm starting ASAP, therefore only candidates with no notice period will be considered.
