Service desk analyst, Salary competitive, Edinburgh, 6 month Fixed term contract
Are you an experienced helpdesk professional? Have you worked in a legal or professional services background?
You have skills in remote IT support and working to resolve issues over the phone with internal users.
Are you who we are looking for?
- You have experience in a service desk environment.
- You have experience providing support on windows 10.
- You have experience working with active directory, Microsoft office and exchange.
- You are capable of building thin client laptops and desktops.
What will your day look like?
- Resolving tickets remotely.
- Logging and tracking calls made to the service desk.
- Provide support for multiple internal teams.
- Providing support on Microsoft applications including all versions of Office.
- Monitoring and reporting on the system status including backups and escalations.
